Exactly what I needed
The soap I was told to order by a friend was out of stock several months ago. I spoke to the nice lady that runs this shop. I explained why I had needed that soap. Instead of refund I asked her to consider what I needed and replace the out of stock items with items she thought would help. This lady was spot on!! Thank you! It was also nice to get things I would not have tried otherwise to find out that they were great products. I just ordered more and wow did this product really help me. Love it!
